Political Wave 3/2/11 Blog Excerpt on [VSS] Polling in Tampa Florida Mayoral Election

In this Florida blog called “Political Wave”, blogger Kenneth Costa praises polling conducted by Voter Survey Service (or SP&R) in the recent Tampa Florida Mayoral election.  An excerpt from the blog reads: One interesting statistic about the mayor’s race happens to be from Pennsylvania based public opinion polling firm Voter Survey Service (VSS). A poll they released February 25, was dead on with the results of the election. Of 819 likely voters surveyed the results showed Ferlita with 26%, Buckhorn 23%, and Greco at 20%. Compare this to the actual results of the election: Ferlita 25.79%, Buckhorn 23.59%, and Greco 22.63%. This is surprisingly accurate for a survey.
